Notice is hereby given to all bidders that sealed bids will be received by Singing River Health System until 10:00 a.m., February 20, 2026, in the MSPR Conference Room at Singing River Hospital - Pascagoula at which time they will be opened and read:

Patient Transportation Parking/ Canopy

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on February 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in the MSPR Conference Room at Singing River Hospital - Pascagoula.

Contractors in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall have a Mississippi "Certificate of Responsibility". Contractors Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be included on the outside of the bid envelope otherwise bids under $50,000.00 shall so indicate same on the envelope.

Plans and specifications are being made available via Digital copy only. Hard copies can be purchased by bidders at their own expense. Plan Holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.mhardyarchitect.com Bid deposits in the amount of$200.00 per set for documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House Printing and Graphics 228-248-0181. For questions related to the contract documents contact Hardy and Associates, PLLC at 228-2I5-1851 or email haa@hardyarchitect.com. A charge of ($200.00) shall be made for each additional set. Local Plan Room will be issued one (1) set free of charge. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued.

Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in person or, for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at www.mhardyarchitect.com under the project name. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked "PROPOSAL FOR- PATlENT TRANSPORTATION PARKING/ CANOPY".

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of all labor and materials in the project. A bid bond is required (5%).

Singing River Health System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality where permitted by law.

No bids will be accepted unless quoted on the prescribed Bid Proposal Form and unless signed by the bidder's authorized representative.

The Davis Bacon Act Wage Rates and Buy America Act requirements shall be included in and applied to this project, no exceptions. Contractors will be responsible for the verification process and documentation.

Bids are to be sealed and addressed to: Mr. Joseph Foster, Director of Materials Management , Singing River Health System, Singing River Hospital, 2809 Denny Ave., Pascagoula, MS 39581, and to have recorded on the outside of the envelope(s) and/or express package(s): "BIDS TO BE OPENED ON February20, 2026."
